NINE YOUTH MATMEN PLACE AT STATE

    Nine Britton-Hecla youth wrestlers placed among the top eight at the state meet held in Rapid City last weekend.
    A total of 14 grapplers qualified to compete in the state event.
    Ben Suther, who won a state title a year ago, led the B-H contingent with a second place finish in the 16U Boys bracket.  Placing fourth were Kenzlie Holland, 6U Girls; Emsley Eimers, 10U Girls; and Breven Schmieg, 12U Boys.
    Finishing fifth were Max Suther, 14U Boys; and Henry Kilker, 14U Boys.  Lincoln Kilker, 16U boys, was sixth; Emersyn Eimers, 12U girls, was seventh; and Brooks Taylor, 8U Boys, was eighth.
