FOURTH QUARTER SINKS LA

Lions In Huron Classic Monday
FOURTH QUARTER SINKS LA
Langford Area’s Caleb Mertz had a step on the defender on this drive to the basket in recent basketball play. The Lions are back in action on Monday against Burke in the Huron Classic.

The Langford Area boys basketball team is still looking for its first win of the season after dropping decisions to Estelline-Hendricks 72-27 last week Tuesday and to Hitchcock-Tulare 52-40 on Saturday.
The Lions now 0-3, will tangle with Burke at noon on Monday in the Huron Classic at the Huron Arena.  LA was scheduled to play Ipswich on Thursday but that contest was postponed due to bad weather and rescheduled for Feb. 21.
