KIMBERLY SHERBURN
KIMBERLY SHERBURN

She went to Revere High School and has a bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University. She worked for Juvenile Court as a detention officer, supervisor, and probation officer for more than 20 years and got many awards while working there. She also got published in the newspaper back in 2001 after helping present a probation program as well as recruit company participants. She has accomplished a lot in her career to help the youth and the community. Kim shared a deep and loving bond with her husband, John Sherburn, and was a devoted mother to her sons, Robert Hermann (married to Kate) and Charles Hermann III (married to Charisse) and her stepdaughter Angela Irwin and stepson Todd Sherburn. She found great joy in her role as a grandmother to Robert Hermann II, Demetrius Smith-Hermann, Dually Hermann, Hollie Hermann, Charles Hermann IV, and Dodge Hermann. She was also a great-grandmother to Aurora Smith. They all brought light into her life. She is and was a strong woman who brought happiness and love to everyone’s life. She had a passion for horses ever since she was young. She loved nature. She enjoyed bird watching, spending time on the lake, attending rodeos, exploring the world, and gardening. She appreciates all the small things in life and captures every moment with a picture. There are simply not enough words to describe Kim, she will be missed dearly and we will all carry her memory in our hearts. May her memory bring comfort and peace to all who knew and loved her.
Inurnment will be at a later date at the Britton Cemetery in Britton, SD.
