Awards, medals, premiums and other recognitions were handed out to Marshall County 4-Hers in traditional 4-H Clubs members in addition to 4-H Cloverbuds and Pee Wees at the Marshall County 4-H Recognition Event that was held Sunday afternoon at the Marshall County Community Building in Britton.

South Dakota Game, Fish & Parks and the Fort Sisseton State Historic Park Commission launched a new master plan last month to improve facilities, protect cultural heritage and improve the visitor experience over the next decade.

Accepting the award were Gloria Young, Watertown, Donna Karst, Sisseton, Vickie George, Sisseton, Linda Deutsch, Britton, and Yvonne Lentsch, Eden.
