Britton-Hecla faced three teams with winning records during the past week and came up short in all three contests, dropping decisions to Aberdeen Roncalli 53-19, Leola-Frederick 64-28, and Deuel 77-51.

The celebration of life for Betty Jane Behnke will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 26, 2023 at the Britton Event Center. Jared Holland will officiate the service and a private family spring inurnment will be at the Britton Cemetery.
Sandra Richardt, 79, of Webster and formerly of Britton, passed away surrounded by her loving children, on Monday, January 16, 2023, at Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls after a brief illness.
